Company profile Boniotti was founded in 1979 as a small-scale industry operating in the pressure die-casting for third parties field, in 1991 the company to invest capital in the creation launchs its own brand products: the "Stove Guss" series of extra-thick aluminium cookware.
In the years, new investments and research allow the Boniotti company to gain high standard certification like TÜV and the approbation by Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Chef Federation) that sings this products as high quality professional tools.
Thanks to the undisputed quality of the product and continuous investments in technology and research, Boniotti is now one of the leading manufacturers of non-stick pressure die-cast cookware.

"Stove-Guss" and "Diletta" collections The whole collection by Boniotti is in aluminum, best heat-conductor, that allows a more rapid warming and then energy saving. The thermal bottom of the pieces is absolutely INDEFORMABILE and the high thickness (8 mm) ensures an uniform cooking, indispensable to maintain unchanged the nutritional values of every food. The special 3 layers not-sticky covering, ideal for a cooking without oil and without fat, guarantees extra scratches endurance and high washing easiness.
The main lines are two: "Stove-Guss" and "Diletta", both drawn and produced entirely in Italy, so like the handles of the collections, all from Italian designer.
